Alike the thorns enchantment in Minecraft:
Every time someone melee attacks you, you’ll deal back 5 damage to them. Good for early game, but it’s going to be a bit puny late game.

Yes, when lots of munchkins (like in Dungeon replayable level) are attacking you, you can (without sword) attack them with damage 5, with this thornprick.

It’s good when you shield.
