I tried to access my account with my usual password, but it said the password was incorrect so I asked for a recovery password email.
I have done this several times today but I haven’t received the email (I also checked my junk emails; it’s not there)
Did you put in your email when it asked for the email to send the password to?
Yes, I did.
“Recovery email sent”
I have not receive it though
