Cavern Survival: Random healings?

In Cavern Survival, it appears that occasionally the player will get healed randomly, as if they had picked up a potion. Is this intentional?

I believe it is or it might be a glitch have you tried reloading ?

I’ve seen it happen on multiple replays with multiple people. I doubt reloading will do a thing.

It is likely that the potion spawned too close to them and thus they drank the potion, whether or not they meant to.

Possibly But it does not really matter if it continuous on all levels it might be a glitch
