My subscription renews on the 10th of every month, which means I should have had shiny, new gems in my box when I logged in this morning. However, I’m stuck on the same 600 odd gems that I was at earlier in the week. Was there a glitch, or am I the only one effected?

Just checked it out; it thinks you subscribed on the 15th, so it should renew tomorrow sometime during the day and credit the gems then.
