How to create custom items?

I want to make an item called a magic star witch i can use for the levels i make. and i want every person to have it. How to doo it? I know how to use the thang editor, and I made a magic star, but how do i make it so every person has it when he plays my level? magic star only usable 4 my levles.

I dont think it is possible, but I am not quite sure, because I do not create levels

I think that’s inpossible, unless you are a dev. However, you can do
Admin godmode in a Local Sever , where you can get 196 level, many many gems and you can create your items, if I’m not mistaken.
