I would suggest 12 for triple throw and 7 for vanish.
damage: 500 but +1 for each level up

You knowhow ritic’s blink or phase-shift leaves something black so you can trace him? the vanish doesn’t leave any thing so it just teleports.

Your opponent can’t attack you while you are blinking or phase shifting with ritic.
