Internet dropped when buying item, lost gems but didn't receive item

Hi,

One of my students was about to start the Known Enemy level, he was required to buy the tarnished bronze breastplate. He says he purchased it and the wifi dropped at the same time, so he ended up losing the gems and not receiving the item.

He tried replaying other levels in different languages to get gems but this didn’t work either.

I’ve reset his purchases, so he should have all the gems he earned now and should be able to purchase that item (and repurchase any other items he needed). Sorry about that!
