Missing Comments on i18n Site

Continuing the discussion from Can't See Stillness in Motion Code Comments on i18n Site:

I’m trying to translate the code comments for the Stillness in Motion level (for Japanese), but they are not listed on the i18n site! The comments are pretty extensive, too, so not having a Japanese translation would be a serious obstacle for a non-English speaker finishing the level.

I encountered the same problem for the Sand Snakes level. I’d certainly like it fixed, though I’d also appreciate some guidance on how I might fix it myself, since I’ve encountered the same problem on sundry other levels as well (though at a smaller scale), and it feels silly to make a forum post every time I need it resolved!
