Hello there community,
I was wondering would I lose my gems that I received from the subscription if I reset my progress? I would like to reset everything but I don’t want to lose the purchased gems!

You do not lose your gems from your purchases, but you do lose all progress (levels, heroes, gems from levels.)

In fact you get gems back when you reset. If you got the all time subscription you would receive 42,000 gems when you reset, and you wouldn’t have anything else.
