How can someone be a first time poster and a frequent poster at the same time?

It’s only my guess but it looks like this pop-ups indicate activity of speakers of certain topic. As there were three, forum may “think” that 33,333% of people in conversation is quite much) Besides, it may count not only posts by itself but likes and things like that also. Or calculates time spent by all interlocutors for post. Some kind of that.
