[SOLVED] Not able to change hero/language in the Game Dev's

Specifically, in Game Dev 2, Freeze Tag, when I click on Game Menu, Change Hero is not an option:

I see this behavior in all 3 game dev campaigns. However, I do seem to get the Change Hero option in all other/normal levels…I checked several in each campaign and was able to see the option.
