You guys ever see the experimental CodeCombat + Minecraft integration mod we did? You could write code in a simple web editor and attach it to an enchanted book, then right-click with the book to start/stop the code, and code execution used mana (which increased as you leveled up). So you could have a minion dig forever for you, put torches automatically whenever the light level got low enough, shoot pigs instead of arrows, blink teleport, etc.–whatever you code code up.

Ooo this is neat! I think I had a server plugin that was in-development a while ago that also had some basic ability mechanics(Like energy, energy regen, abilities) But I haven’t had time to polish it.
