If you think I am impersonating because my ip address does not match up with the other accounts it is because I moved recently and do not live at that ip anymore I think… I may be at the same ip I can not remember where I lived when I used those accounts. If you need prove I will log on to my Archipelago_Gold account :3

You may need to log in. I am not an admin/mod but it is against the Discourse rules to have multiple accounts.

Yes but the thing is it is only against the rules to have multiple accounts if you are using them to get an advantage… You see this account was made because 1 I didn’t remember Archipelago password and 2 I made this account for my YouTube channel. I am not using this accounts to get an advantage in likes or anything else so it is not against the rules. The rules say… Do not attempt to boost your likes count using an alt account. Your IP will be blocked and you will be blocked from the forums.

This is the only mention of another account being used in other ways as to just having another account. So I am not breaking any rules :3

So why couldn’t you still use your old account? There are a few ways to get it back you know.

I know but I made this to have my username changed and everything to match my YouTube so I needed to so it : /

Having a new account even though you can still log in to your old account means you’re breaking 2 rules. 1 is the no alt rule, and 2 is the advertising rule. You said you created this account to advertise your YouTube channel and that’s not allowed.

and rule one is not you can’t have an alt it is “You may not swear or curse anywhere in the forum, doing so may result in a mute or ban. This rule also applies for PM’s. If you cannot control your behavior after a warning, then your email and IP will also be blacklisted.”

But you still remember the email you used, right? Just make a new password, and confirm it with your email!

You can make the changes, the pfp, the bio, all that stuff into your old account. You cant keep creating alts.

(is it just me, or am i the only one who can remember their password??)
