The color imbalance has always been a concern, and I have at least 2 matchups like that. A possible solution is to rerun the matches between all of the top 20 with the opposite coloring and count each of those reruns and original matches weighted so they only count as 0.5 matches instead of 1. It would require simulating less than 200 more matches, so it wouldn’t slow down the simulations.
