Yes. Since I’m one of the contributer on webrtc ecosystem I have made neccessery discusion proposals on how we should go about implementing entire architecture to sustain webrtc communication and user partitioning inside signaling server. You can follow up the discusion on github and share your thoughts. I have tested alot of existing webrtc helper software in real world production use (including heterogenous networks) in past year and half so I do have experience and technical know how.
