Changes in application logic for localization

Hi!
I got a feature request concerning localization.

1.) There should be a change in translation logic so that comments in the code area also get translated
2.) There should be a change in the HINTS section so that it is possible to select and copy text. Not all sections in HINTS are localized so it would be great if the kids can select the text and copy it into Google Translator or similiar.
