BUG FIXES
Fixed ranger’s lightning not stunning towers.

effect symbol changed to snowflake (same as mage’s freeze ability)

exposed monster.slowResistance, the monster’s slow resistance ( in percentage)

BUG FIXES/OTHER THINGS
Shockwave will no longer show its visual effect if no enemies are knocked back.
