Ritic has not been made available to the public yet. His price will drop to around 20k gems when he is released, you must purchase him to defeat the level Hitman, similar how you have to purchase Hushbaum to beat Touch of Death.

no ritic is unlocked in the tomb ghost level in the bottom of the backwood forest
