So these are some of the dominant strategies I’ve seen so far:

Knight rush with all three knights down the middle.
Stomp worked well for clearing out creeps and heroes, and the high hp of knights let them survive well. This got less effective with the introduction of extra towers in the middle lane and an increase in the base health. -
Raider rush, with grown raiders on three separate lanes. Two or three raiders getting to the base can take it down quite quickly.

Ranger rush, the rangers are able to deal quite a bit of damage with their ranged and special attacks, while staying relatively safe behind the creeps (except against other champions). Three specials on a base seem to be enough to take it out, and since it is ranged you need to be able to stop them before they get close enough to do that.
